The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Edith Brown can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

The lighting of a Memorial Candle not only provides a gesture of sympathy and support to the immediate family during their time of need but also provides the gift of extending the Book of Memories for future generations.

Exceptional friend

I brought my mom to my church, LRPC, which was also Eddie's church.  My mom usually doesn't attend church with me, only on special occassions and it was was one of these when she attented with us.  I just walked into the Narthex with my mother when Eddie scooped her up.  (This was within this last year)  Eddie made my mom feel so comfortable as she shared herself with my mother.  Eddie was wonderful.  Afterwords as my mom and I were talking she told me that Eddie and her had so much in commom.  They had the same amount of children, were just about the same age and were both military wives.  Since that time my mom has said she wants to come back to my church and she would be fine because Eddie will be there.  Today saddened my hearts as well as my mother's to hear of your passing.  Eddie thank you for being with my mom and making her feel so comfortable.  That was certainly a gift that the Lord gave you.  See you someday.  Fran
